Each item is made to order and carefully inspected to ensure you receive the best quality polymer clay jewelry and accessories.

Processing Times

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before handover to USPS. During new launches and holidays, processing may take up to 14 business days. Note: Weekends are not included, and these timeframes exclude transit time.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once accepted by USPS, orders are outside our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If marked 'delivered' but missing, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local Post Master directly.

Missing or Incorrect Items

I pack each order by hand. If something is missing, reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of everything received, and details of the missing item.

Returns & Addresses

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; reshipping due to incorrect addresses will be at the customer's expense.
