Cancellation Policy

**Booking & Deposits** All private workshops are subject to availability and approval. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your selected date or time. A $75 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied toward your total workshop cost. Your booking is confirmed only after your deposit is received and The Covered Bridge provides confirmation. **Payments** The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled workshop. Payment instructions will be provided after your booking request is reviewed. Additional guest or travel fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before confirmation. **Cancellations** All deposits are nonrefundable. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may receive a refund of payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are nonrefundable. **Rescheduling** Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event and are subject to availability. One reschedule may be permitted, with your deposit transferred to the new date, at The Covered Bridge's discretion. **Guest Count & Location** Please provide an accurate guest count and event address when booking. Changes must be requested at least 7 days before the workshop and may result in additional fees. The host is responsible for providing adequate tables, chairs, lighting, and workspace. **Cancellation by The Covered Bridge** If The Covered Bridge must cancel your workshop, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of payments made. **Agreement** By paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
